Beyond the Clock May Happy Hour!

  • Online via Zoom! Granite Falls, MN United States (map)

We look forward to connecting with you at the Beyond the Clock Virtual Happy Hour on Tuesday, May 14th from 4-5pm CDT, where we will continue to build on our conversation with Donna Neuwirth from our April Beyond the Clock, during which we moved into a reflective conversation about what it means to “archive” our work.

We discussed the natural flow of seasons in our personal and professional life and how archiving can be a tool for transition, and specifically, for what it means to start a project or an organization that is so deeply personal, yet also meant to be emergent and ephemeral.

In moments of personal or professional transitions - how do you “archive” the past so that it best informs the future in a way that is true, authentic, useful, emergent and resilient

Join us on May 14th, from 4-5pm CDT with a beverage of your choice, to dive deeper into these themes, questions, and more!

Beyond the Clock is a monthly online gathering that fosters fellowship, shared learning, and community care for rural connectors and cultural workers. Co-hosted by the Department of Public Transformation and Voices for Rural Resilience, with support from the Rural Assembly, Beyond the Clock invites creative rural rockstars from across the country to share in digital happy hours and learning exchanges that connect and inspire. Join us on the second Tuesday of each month to grapple with the tensions and celebrate the joys of working in and with rural communities. Come and grab a seat at our virtual table!
