BEYOND THE CLOCK is a monthly online gathering that fosters fellowship, shared learning, and community care for rural connectors and cultural workers. Co-hosted by the Department of Public Transformation and Voices for Rural Resilience, with support from the Rural Assembly, Beyond the Clock invites creative rural rockstars from across the country to share in digital happy hours and learning exchanges that connect and inspire. This year, DoPT, in partnership with Center for Rural Strategies, Rural Assembly, and Voices for Rural Resilience, will be co-creating six episodes of the Beyond the Clock Podcast, which will be released on Rural Assembly's Rural Remix station! In addition to hosting happy hours, starting in 2020 we began inviting rural rockstars to share their work with other cultural workers as special guest presenters in bi-monthly learning exchanges offering a deeper dive into the nuances, joys, and challenges of rural cultural work.
