Keynotes & Presentations
DoPT staff brings real-world experience to delivering thought-provoking, interactive, and engaging keynotes and presentations that offer innovative strategies, insightful questions, honest reflections, and compelling stories that leave attendees feeling motivated and inspired! Whether you are interested in creative gathering spaces, community engagement, civic arts projects, capital campaigns, artist-led community development, or ideas for how to fall deeper in love with your community, we can curate our presentations based on your needs and interests.
Curated Program Design
DoPT staff has experience building artist residency programs (onsite, remote, hybrid), producing creative event series, designing cohesive cohort experiences, and co-designing places for gathering with community at the core! If you are looking for more creative engagement in your programming or if you want to design a new initiative with your community, DoPT can be a thought partner in moving your program design forward.
Workshop Facilitation
Workshops are a useful platform for inspiring a group of people, getting on the same page, or learning about a topic together! DoPT offers participatory workshop facilitation services designed to engage and support communities, organizations, and leaders in fostering creative, inclusive, and sustainable ideas. We work with our staff, partners, and artists to offer workshops based on our existing programs, or we can curate specific workshops based on the needs of your group or community.

We are engaged listeners, enthusiastic question-askers, and resource navigators who love tackling complex challenges, connecting dots and people, and envisioning new project ideas. Meeting & Retreat Facilitation
Want to infuse some creative connection and accessible play into your meetings and events? DoPT staff facilitates intentional, engaging, and productive gatherings by pairing interactive, creative exercises with well-executed agendas and action items! We can help you integrate reflective practices and arts-based activities that encourage deep thinking and meaningful connection into any meeting, workshop, or retreat setting.
Storytelling & Community Sensing
Changework and advocacy need compelling narratives to connect complex stories to real human experience. DoPT knows how to tell and lift up stories from the field of rural arts, culture, and community life to work toward goals like community connection, building empathy, curiosity, & understanding, and narrative change. Through story circles, interviews, one-on-ones, and creative events, we can help you tell the story of your work and/or community.
